This program's goal is to provide personalized, evidence-based & research-based instruction to students who are reading below grade level or struggling with math concepts. Our goal is to help every student develop the confidence, skills, and love for learning that will support their long-term academic success.
The I Can Scholarship Foundation Inc. is committed to advancing early literacy outcomes through a structured, evidence-based approach. Our program will implement Reading Partners, a nationally recognized, evidence-based reading framework for grades K–5, to improve students’ reading fluency, comprehension, and overall literacy achievement.

Through this model, students will receive high-dosage, individualized instruction aligned to their specific reading levels and learning needs. Instruction will focus on strengthening foundational literacy skills, including phonics, vocabulary development, reading fluency, and comprehension.
