The I Can Scholarship  Foundation Inc. HBCU Merit-Based Scholarship supports high school seniors from Richmond County, NC  who are planning to attend a Historically Black College or University (HBCU). This scholarship rewards academic excellence, leadership, and a commitment to community impact.

  • Scholarship Type: Merit-Based
  • Target Audience: High school seniors from Richmond County, NC. 
  • Award Amount: $1,000

  • Open Dates January 1, 2026 - February 17, 2026.
  • Required Documents must be submitted for applications to be considered complete.
  • Applications can be submitted through the online portal or via email at icansubmit@gmail.com.
  • Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
